The snug

60s picture of one of the front rooms in my house,this was the snug as it had been a pub prior to my buying it. For a while we kept it looking much like the original but soft furnishings gradually crept in.It's a bit difficult to relax on a hard bench unless you have a pint in your hand so goodbye snug,hello living room.

The front room of my house shortly after I moved in.Used to be a pub and this was part of the snug. OK to look at but not exactly comfortable to live in so all changed now.
