Yes I remember this sort of thing.mine were in a large book while I was in hospital with scarlet fever but I had to leave it in there as it was an isolation hospital(do they still have them?) but they let me take out my golliwog suitably boiled and sterilised but I mourned my lovely cutout book that even had ships and soldiers of the Empire.

  3. Mine were in a big book and I seem to remember having it in hospital. I shouldn't think they have them now, things are much more sophisticated these days.

  4. our teacher Mrs South at Mersea school bought in some pages of these for us to use. She said she had found them in her fathers box in the shed. This would have been 1958/9 ish- wish i had kept them safe , Pearl never played with dolls and such- so think 'me muvver must have give them away to more girlie cousins!
