I dug deep and recovered my Wacom from under the cobwebs yesterday! Now all I need is to get it friendly with my Mac. They won't speak at the moment! It used to talk to Windows XP. Maybe I will have to invest in a new one that is more friendly. Pension is a bit tight this month though. I am intrigued by this lady's long neck? I guess that part of her isn't important in the scheme of things, the concentration is on the uniform. I was a lance corporal in the Red Cross once, does that count? I used to carry the flag at parade!
There are known problems on some old Corel classic paint and they are no longer supported ,google it,,the old ones are better in my view for me as they are far more straight forward for painting and drawing, the new cheap ones (painter Essentials 4) do layers etc and get rather complex,OK for some but not for me...far too thick.
Thanks for the info, I will investigate. I don't do a lot, so not worth spending a fortune on software. I have to be careful it will be compatible with Mac, I have ordered the new Wacom from the Apple Store UK, not sure if it has a drawing bundle in with it. I will wait and see. Are you up for drawing lessons?
