Been working on an old painting today which didnt seem right the first time,though I am a fast painter it can take me a good year to finish due to second thoughts.This one had a light sky and darker sea which I have reversed to throw up the line of houses then to balance that, had to darken foreground to match in. The sea I will tone down later.Nothing simple in life.....
How do you describe your style? I would say Lowry style only houses instead of people!

Good question! been stuck like that for ages,could say "safe as houses" I do admire Lowry, not for the people but for his muted colours
