Yes, it's quite simple. Go into edit and click the html tab and scroll until you find the following code object height="344" width="425". Make sure your video clip height and width corresponds. If it's different, alter it to 344 x 425 and save. Then publish in the usual way.
I had the same problem, but managed to resize in html mode. No compromise on picture shape or quality, just slimmer in width.
