  3. Hope you got planning permission for that. Local Councils have a habit of scanning blogs looking for planning infringements. Who knows, you might have to return it to its original state.

  4. Whats worse is it's now been listed and I have to get permision to sneeze.Thats hard after I did the whole lot without a grant.
    I fell out with the planners when they called one of my my 17 century barns a garden shed.
